Walking out in the Opening Ceremony to the cheering crowd was amazing.
How did you come to participate in your chosen sport? How old were you?
I was 8 years old and wanted to do a sport. I wasn’t good at many things so I chose taekwondo and stuck to it.
What is the importance of sport for you in your life? How have you continued living a healthy and active lifestyle since retiring from sport?
I need to be regularly active in order to feel good. Taught me lots of healthy habits that I will be using for the rest of my life!
