What is one of your greatest memories from the Olympic Games?
The first game against Brazil was unbelievable. The crowd were whistling and booing for our entire attacks and the atmosphere was incredible. Also the Closing Ceremony was unforgettable.

How did you come to participate in your chosen sport? How old were you?
I was 12 and followed some friends to a junior development clinic at Drummoyne and loved it ever since.

What is the importance of sport for you in your life?
I haven’t yet retired but the balance between my sport specific training, external training (running, pilates) and nutrition is extremely important. I spend a lot of time in nature (the beach and the wilderness) so this adds to the mix.
