Celebrating the biggest sporting event in the world, the MCG and National Sports Museum have created an exclusive offer in 2016 for education groups to enjoy!
The following Olympians are participating in the program; Trevor Vincent, Rachel Jarry (Basketball - 2012), Stephanie Moorhouse (Gymanstics - 2004), Luke Campbell (Volleyball - 2004), Jake Andrewartha (Judo - 2012), Renuga Veeran (Badminton - 2012), Sean Wroe (Athletics - 2008), Rowie Webster (Water polo - 2012, 2016), Anabelle Smith (Diving - 2008), Andrew Smith (Hockey - 2008) and Tamsin Hinchley (Volleyball - 2000, Beach Volleyball 2008, 2012)
Marking 60 years since the Melbourne Games, students can experience this unforgettable learning opportunity about sport on a global stage, including:
- Meet an Australian Olympian and hear about their experiences first-hand.
- An Olympic-themed tour of the iconic MCG.
- Entry to the National Sports Museum.
- Allocated time in the Game On! interactive gallery.
